This is just a quick email to give some wonderful feedback on “Nate the plumber” you guys sent out Friday 1/27 & Monday 1/30.  He has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hard working.  We are thankful for his attention to detail and loyalty to his profession–only great things to say about Beacon Plumbing as a company!  We hope he gets recognition for a job well done.

Tried to remove old valve but due to age & corrosion had to replace entire system.  On time-delt very well with my sticker shock at the estimate -:) Very professional- Do a very good job, and explained everything.

Please accept my gratefully appreciation for the outstanding work Beacon’s Jim Cunningham completed over the past two weeks first bore scoping, then pressure blasting out roots, and finally Tuesday re-lining 55-ft of my sewer line east of my house and down a steep slope.

As a marine engineer and port engineer for the past 47 years I consider myself well qualified to monitor and evaluate plumbing and sewer production work.  I asked you for your best sewer technician when I call and Bill
exceeded my expectations.  He is professional, courteous, and knowledgable.

Please give he and his assistants first Roger Cantrell and later Dan and Brandon a “Well
Done” for the effort on my house.

Finally, two recommendations which will help him to do even better.  

He needs a newer phone from which he can download site photos.  Also, it is hard to find Beta tape players anymore.  Saving the bore scope findings on a CD or DVD would also be very help full.
