They fixed my water heater—which heats my house and had been out over 4.5 days during Seattle’s coldest weather in 100 years—at the first opportunity. Brom even remembered the work he did for us on a quick job literally over 4 years ago. Their diagnosis was fast and correct, and about $2600 less than the other guys. (I called the other guys first because I’ve had good service with their other departments and didn’t price shop. So they did an after hours call for this but weren’t sure of the problem and took their best guess, which would have been wrong.) Beacon will always be my first call for my water heater, zero question, and I will 100% request Brom. Competitive pricing and extremely qualified service.
