Within five minutes the tech called me to confirm my request. Within one hour he was at my house. Then a mere two hours later, a new sump pump was humming away, with disaster averted. I am still breathing many sighs of relief. I felt their fee, which included a automatic “show-up charge” of $100 was probably reasonable (any repair expense seems spendy).
