{youtube}eO1DSucyl2w{/youtube}
Hello,
Just a quick word to let you know that it was a real pleasure to have Robert and Paul over the other day (6/9/12). They were friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call Beacon again.
Thanks very much,

Jessie Elliott, from your branch, serviced my house today and was straight forward, professional and helped me look at every angle. I couldn’t have been more impressed with how he helped resolve my water line issue. He helped me make decisions based on code and facts and I will recommend him to my other home owning friends. I had a bad experience the day before with a competitor of yours and am so lucky to have him be the point person for my problems. In addition to being knowledgeable, he was on time, courteous, and took his shoes off without asking each time he entered my home.
Please pass this along to Mr. Cahill. As a business owner I appreciate when people help me identify employees that go above and beyond and Jessie is as good as they come.

I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the service I’ve received from Beacon. This is the second time we’ve used you all, and both times the folks you sent were extremely professional and kind.
Kelly was here today (job #81064) and he explained our current plumbing issue patiently and clearly in addition to giving me a sense of things to consider re: the general plumbing in our 1918 home. Thanks so much to Kelly and to Beacon Plumbing–I can do my dishes now! 🙂

Our furnace died Friday afternoon last week and a new furnace was installed by mid-day Saturday the next day. This great service was despite the icy roads left over from the snow storm earlier in the week. Jon clearly knew what he was doing. He was very professional. We were very pleased and will be calling Beacon in the futre.

I had a leaking/running eco-friendly toilet. Beacon showed up around 30 minutes after I called, was very friendly and helpful. Not only did they fix the problem, but they explained how I could fix it myself if this ever happens again in the future. He showed me everything — was very patient and helpful.
The plumber I had was Mike V. I’d recommend him.
The price of it all seem a tad high — 199 at the end of it all. But the service was quality and friendly so in the end I’m happy.

After a bad experience with “Good Guy Plumbing”, I tried Beacon Plumbing and had a wonderful experience.
They were able to quickly book me, they called ahead, arrived exactly on time, were polite, explained the issue, quoted me a decent price, and had were done within one hour.
All and all, a great experience.

My pipes froze this winter and after four days of calling every plumber I could, the only ones that actually showed up were the guys (Mike & Mike) from Beacon. They got to work straight away unfreezing my hot water pipe, but what I didn’t know was that there was a 3″ long burst in the side of the pipe. So once they heated the lines, it exploded. All through my ceiling, onto the carpet, just.. water everywhere. Their quick response was the difference in only having to replace the ceiling and insulation, and having to replace all of the carpet on top of that. They ended up staying for over three hours, well into the wee hours of the night, and even tried to calm me down when I was nearing a complete panic attack. Hey, why don’t you watch a pipe explode in YOUR ceiling and see how you feel?
After everything was said and done, and I took a handful of xanax, we sat down to figure out the price. I knew, going in, that it was way more then it should have been, but then again.. that’s what insurance is for, right? They went above and beyond, by calling in a favor to a flood damage company, convincing them to find time to come out and see what needed to be replaced ASAP.. when the normal wait time was 3-4 days.
I couldn’t thank them enough for a job well done, going above and beyond to help me through a really tough situation. With that said, I don’t think I’d be calling them for a small job because of the inflated prices, but if I ever have that big of an issue again, they’ll be on my list.

This is not a review about Beacon Plumbing ‘per’ se’ – its about their advertising.
It seems that anytime I’m ‘freaking out’ in the car, either on the phone w/ a dispenser of freaky news, or in combing over a freaky decision in my head…i look over and that beacon van drives by…”STOP FREAKIN, CALL BEACON”…its great. The universes way of sayin’…stop freakin’, dude!

I really need to share with everyone about my experience with you all regarding the guy who worked on my home…his name is Brian….You sent the best! I appreciate all the hard work and long hours Brian and Jason put in to get my new furnace up and running…the result was amazing! So much so, I asked for Brian to replace my hot water heater as well…Your product may be great but its not worth a crap if you have poor service and I can tell you I really like your product and I really appreciate the professional service Brian and Jason provided. I am hooked on spreading the word when I have such a great experience…Please make sure to take care of this guy! And I will make sure to always call you for my next plumbing or heating need as well as let others know as well!

We woke up to no heat in the house on a day when it was supposed to snow that afternoon…not fun when you have kids and multiple pets. Beacon Plumbing’s magnet is on our fridge so we knew who to call. The dispatcher was SUPER courteous and promised to send a technician right away. Amazingly, within 15 minutes, Mike called to say they were on the way.
Mike was extremely professional and able to pinpoint the problem very quickly. He observed that the furnace was pretty dirty and recommended regular servicing in the future. He explained that dust build up can cause the furnace to work harder, affecting efficiency. This can also shorten the life of the furnace. We had been very negligent in servicing our 12 year old furnace so this was valuable to know.
It was great to work with a true professional who could instantly identify the issues, explain what needed to be done and fix the problem on the spot. I have worked with other plumbers who would run back and forth to the store to pick up hardware etc. When I asked if it would take long, Mike told me he had everything he needed in the truck and could get to work right away.
We received a reasonable and easy to understand estimate. Mike and his colleague set to work on the repair and servicing of the furnace with meticulous care.
We have worked with many plumbers in the past, but no other plumber has provided the level of professional service or expertise that Beacon Plumbing has. With Beacon, there is no doubt they know what they are doing and we would trust their judgment 100%. It’s really nice to have a friend in the plumbing business that we can call on 24/7. I would HIGHLY recommend Beacon Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you Beacon Plumbing!!

Truly Amazing Service
I’ve been a Beacon customer for many years and I’ve always thought they were a well run, good plumbing company. But today they totally hit the ball out of the park.
Years ago I had a lot of work done and one thing that was done was a replacement valve for my stall shower. The valve was a good one (Wolverine Brass) and I was told I had gotten the Cadillac of valves and that I’d never have any problem with it and that it should last forever. It didn’t.
Almost from the start there was a VERY slow drip coming from the valve but I never wanted to incur the expense or go to the trouble of having them come out again to fix it. So I just put up with it and the few ounces of water that I wasted every month or three didn’t make me feel overly guilty. It was also handy during the winter to keep my pipes from freezing.
About a month ago I had some extensive work done to install a clean out valve and have my sewer line cleaned. That was necessary after the sewer line plugged up and we had a small flood.
It took two days of constant work to set things right but Beacon was very prompt, very professional, and did a good job for us. And since they were out to my house and since it cost a fortune for the two days of work I thought I’d have the plumber take a look at the shower valve and maybe finally correct the problem.
He had trouble getting the cover plate off (the set screw had been stripped and not by me) and he told me that he’d have to come out at another time to fix it since he didn’t have the necessary parts and I’m sure he was tired enough from all that work on the sewer pipe.
But after he left the dripping got much worse and after a few weeks I’d had enough and called Beacon, told them what had gone on before and that I’d at least like my slow drip back if not a complete fix and that I didn’t expect to have to pay for the house call.
I think I spoke to Bill and I was AMAZED at his reaction. He told me that he totally understood my frustration and that they would do whatever it took to make things right. He had David the plumber out to the house within 30 minutes and David was an unbelievably competent and nice man. He drilled out the set screw, replaced the valve, replaced the face plate, cleaned up some of the silicone caulk that had been originally applied when the valve was put in years ago, gave me advice about my furnace, and was in and out in no time and at no costs to me.
Believe me when I say that Beacon has my business for life. They really went above and beyond the call of duty and I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Miracle Workers!
I need to tell you about two fabulous plumbers on your staff: Mike & Beau. They came to my rescue at a nail parlor when I accidentally flushed my wedding rings down the toilet. Needless to say, I was upset and thought all was lost. But these guys were not deterred by the challenge–they were able to see one of the rings on the camera scope & then “McGuyver” a tool on the spot to retrieve the ring. I am forever grateful and will always call Beacon! Thanks.
