I just wanted you to know what a great experience I had with your company yesterday. The reason I called in the first place, was because I had heard nothing but great things about you from Jim and Kit at Seattle Seaplanes. I know them because I learned to fly there. They talked fondly of you on more than one occasion, raving about what a great guy you are and about your kindness and generosity.

When I needed to call a plumber to fix my toilet, I knew I didn’t even need to bother getting other estimates. Because of how Jim and Kit described you, I knew that you would run a company with service and prices that would be unbeatable.

I was right! Brom came out to look at my toilet issue and he was amazing. He has fantastic people skills, was very professional and extremely friendly. He raved about you too. He even said you had taken him flying and confirmed the reports of your kindness and generosity. He said your company is the best place he has ever worked and I could tell it was sincere.

Brom came back the next day with an apprentice and before I could even turn around to see how they were coming along with with the process, they were done installing my brand new toilet!

Thanks for having such a great company and employing such quality people like Brom. I’m a local Seattle business owner myself, so I love seeing other local quality businesses like yours.
