I just recently purchased a commercial piece of property in Auburn, WA. The lot has an abandoned house on it that we planned to demo. Was suggested to me that as a part of my feasibility study for land acquisition that I get a Sewer Video Inspection. I called up Beacon and your company actually sent someone out there the same day and they arrived within 90 minutes. The gentleman sewer expert you have on staff named Beau was able to quickly locate the abandoned sewer line that was not connected to the city sewer system any longer. Beau was well equipped for the job and his sewer camera showed that the sewer was free and clear of any debri and easily able to be reconnected. The city of Auburn sewer system was farely new and the sewer feasibility study was cleared for land purchase. We plan to use your company for the completion of the rest of our land development and we have been very happy with your price quotes.

Re: Installation of Tub and Surround by Kevin
Hello, I am writing today to tell you about the great service I received on the installation of a bathtub and surround performed by your Service Tech Kevin.
When my wife and I decided to remodel our bathroom, we thought it would be simple, but it did not work out that way. When I took down the old surround I found the bathroom window had leaked into the studs, and there was mold growing on the studs and insulation. Kevin was one of 4 plumbers I had come by on Tuesday December 13th, to give me a quote on removing and replacing the tub. (I had already scheduled the appointments before I found the mold) I told them all the same thing, I needed a quote for removal of the old tub, and installation of a new tub and surround, and if possible a referral for someone to replace the moldy studs, and I needed to have the job completed quickly as I start a new job on Tuesday and no one would be available to let techs in.
Kevin looked at the job and after a call to his branch in short order gave me a written quote and also a phone number for someone who could help with the framing replacement. The others gave me a verbal quote or told me they would have it to me by Thursday. (This was on Tuesday.) After getting an estimate for the framing work, (also on Tuesday) I called the Beacon office and told them I wanted to go ahead with the install. The dispatcher (wisely) asked if the contractor could wait for a short period so Kevin could return and they could coordinate the timing and plan. I really liked the way all the Beacon personnel I talked to looked at this as a team effort, thinking ahead and being proactive to prevent issues later.
Although I did get a bid that was lower than Beacons, Kevin’s attention to detail, careful questions preceding his quote, and his professionalism sold me on having Beacon do the job. Kevin was great, he worked well with the contractor, was constantly working, and was very respectful of our home, cleaning as he went, and answering all the questions I had. Thanks in large part to Kevin; the installation will be finished in a few hours (Beacon’s part is done, the contractor is finishing his trim work) and it is only Thursday morning. (I would have been getting a quote from one of the other plumbers this afternoon; the job will be completed by then!!!) Kevin did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend Beacon Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.
